I love this hat
because you can still wear it when it's a little warmer outside. I followed the
video tutorial here. The hat is for 12
months - 3 years. My circumference ended up being 19 inches. It has a little
bit of a stretch. Mine measured smaller than the tutorial. If you follow
her, you'll know that her tension is very loose.
The flower I added is the same pattern I've used on my other hats.
